I buy cars a lot. This was the best ever experience. I’m 71 years old. Our salesman is absolutely second to none.. Tahz knows the products, listens, works to do all he can for his customers. We Bought a brand new Mazda on Saturday Jan. 25, 2025. Then went back and Bought a brand new Ford Bronco on Feb. 4, 2025. The mangers were all awesome. Inspected both cars complete before they let us go.. inside and out. Tahz Took all the time needed to explain both cars top to bottom. What I had done was done well. I felt that 21 text messages from start to finish was excessive. I also felt that $138 for an oil change and tire rotation was too pricey.

Recently brought my Mach E in for a recall. They were not very helpful in diagnosing additional issues. I ended up having to figure out and let them know. A short call to ford and google search and I avoided their $180+ diagnosis fee. I will stick to Causeway in Manahawkin.

Great place to do business, Ty and Ed were great as well as anyone else I met during my time.

My car was in there for a week. I was not kept updated. Not unless I called except for the last day. Also when I took my car the first day I was not aware that I had to schedule a loaner. I was told she was checking with management. Two hours later she said they would be done soon. Another hour later I’m getting a loaner. I wouldn’t recommend this service department at all.

The video is very helpful. It helps me understand the maintenance of my vehicle which is important to me.

Used car manager stands outside and unprofessionally smokes giant clouds of smoke next to the front entrance. Then he stands behind a counter and lies to you about what numbers are on his screen for your trade. He will state there is many things wrong with your car. Look him in the face and ask him what is wrong with your car and you will get no response. Manager Donald that sits behind the counter all weekend. He calls you tells you the numbers over the phone then he starts playing games and lying when you get there in person. ...

Purchased new 2023 Lincoln Corsair. After multiple attempts to connect, it went in for service. Car was picked up on TH 9/12 and returned 9 days later on 9/21 without any repair because they said the replacement part did not come in. Service department said they would contact me when the part came in to reschedule. Still waiting......

Traci was great went over specifics on old truck with mechanic. I don’t know how she kept up with things every time I stopped in she was taking care of 3 customers at a time. Was really worried after having a transmission fluid leak. Traci let me talk to the mechanic directly who owned the same truck and who was changing my fluid and filters for me. In all I took the truck on a 60 mile road trip the day after they did the transmission service and felt good when starting my trip and all went well made it there ...
