We hope this email finds you and your family healthy in the midst of this Coronavirus crisis. These are stressful times and

we are committed to keeping our valued employees and customers safe. Our facilities have always been maintained

at an extremely high level, but we are taking even more stringent precautions such as, but not limited to:

 

  • Using recommended disinfecting products specifically chosen for their compatibility with vehicle interiors and
    effectiveness against COVID-19
  • Using recommended disinfecting wipes to clean high-touch areas of customer vehicles. For example exterior door
    Handles, steering wheel, radio knobs, touch screens, start/stop button etc.
  • Wearing nitrile or latex gloves while handling and servicing all vehicles

We have also instructed all employees to please consider the health and well-being of themselves and others and to remain

at home should they feel ill. We ask all of our customers to do the same. More information can be found at www.cdc.gov

 

We understand the importance of reliable transportation during this time and are committed to continue to provide

our services to keep you on the road.

 

We also understand that some customers may not be comfortable entering the building. So we are providing the

following options at every Chapman Auto Store location to limit contact:

 

  • You can schedule your appointment by phone or online
  • You can drop off and pick up your vehicle in our designated outside areas
  • We will provide Uber or Lyft to and from the dealership if needed, free of charge
  • Your service advisor will update you by phone or text whichever you prefer
  • If not under warranty you can pay by phone or securely right from a text
  • All interior surfaces will be carefully wiped before and after service
  • Additional arrangements can be made on an individual basis as well.
